Foxy Face Studio is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Sales and Scheduling Associate. In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and build rapport with clients
- Answer and return phone calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
- Booking clients, manage calendars/schedules, and ensure smooth client flow
- Process sales transactions for retail goods and services
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including opening and closing the shop
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, dependable, Honest, hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- Enthusiastic and positive with a genuine interest in exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of services and retail goods is a plus!
