Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations and client flow
- Lead the front desk team and uphold an exceptional client experience
- Ensure every client interaction reflects the Foxy Face standard of professionalism, care, and attention to detail
- Coordinate scheduling for treatments, consultations, and follow-ups
- Manage phone, email, and text communications with clients
- Ensure booking accuracy and treatment preparation
- Support retail sales of medical-grade skincare
- Maintain a polished, welcoming studio environment
- Assist with promotions, marketing, and client retention initiatives
- Work closely with the studio owner and team to ensure seamless operations
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in spa, medical aesthetics, or hospitality management
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and client service abilities
- Comfortable managing schedules and multitasking in a busy environment
